Nestled in a tranquil, private cove on Balch Lake, this stunning 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom log cabin offers the perfect blend of luxury, rustic charm, and outdoor adventure. -Bedroom 1: Located on the second floor. King Bed with a private balcony offering views of the lake and fire pit area, creating a peaceful sanctuary for morning coffee or stargazing at night. This bedroom includes a Roku Smart TV, as well as an En Suite bathroom with tub and shower. Also has the coolest toilet paper holder you may ever see. -Bedroom 2: Located on the first floor. Queen Bed, spacious and comfortable, with natural light filling the room. Overlooks the lake/deck/screened in porch. Easy access to kitchen and first floor 1/2 bath as well as first floor full bath. -Bedroom 3: 4 Twin Beds (2 bunk beds), ideal for children or friends to enjoy bunk-style fun and storytelling after a day on the lake. Just down the stairs is the access to the 1/2 bath. Roku smart TV available for use. -Bedroom 4: Queen Bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep after a day full of lake adventures. Just down the stairs is the access to the 1/2 bath. Roku smart TV available for use. Smart TVs, a fireplace, and a game room stocked with ping pong, foosball, a pinball machine, NBA Jamz arcade machine, and board games provide entertainment for quieter days inside. -Fully Equipped Kitchen: Featuring stainless steel appliances, a gas range stove, and everything you need to cook up a family feast. The breakfast bar is perfect for quick snacks or morning coffee before heading out for the day. Unique Experience: -Peaceful & Private: The secluded cove ensures minimal lake traffic, making this the perfect spot for those seeking privacy, whether you’re swimming, fishing, or just lounging on the dock. House Rules: – Quiet Hours 10pm-8am: This is a peaceful retreat meant for those who appreciate nature and quiet relaxation—please respect our quiet hours and our neighbors. – No smoking – Pet friendly with a $75 per pet fee (2 max) – No events, parties, or large gatherings – Must be at least 25 years old to book – Additional fees and taxes may apply – Photo ID may be required upon check-in – Minut Noise detectors are installed inside and the outside the property due to this being a residential neighborhood. If noise levels are above 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes the guest will be in violation of our house rules and could be asked to vacate the property – NOTE: This property requires stairs to access and 3 out of 4 bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor which requires additional stairs to access – NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is a Ring doorbell located next to the front door facing out towards the front entry area and 2 cameras are located on the garage and back deck facing out towards the back of the property and the beach. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces. These cameras record sound and video when activated by motion and will be on during your stay – NOTE: This property features 2 noise monitors, one inside and one outside the home. These devices do not record sound (or video), they only monitor noise levels

Perfect for evening conversations or a quiet retreat with a good book. -Hand-Carved Beams & Exotic Woods: This home boasts unique architectural details, including tall beams carved by a local artist and exotic wood finishes that bring a warm, artistic touch to the cabin's rustic charm. -Free WiFi to stay connected, even in this remote paradise -Linens, towels, and toiletries provided for your convenience -Free in-home laundry machines for longer stays -Pet-friendly accommodations (pre-trip fee required) -Family-friendly: Pack 'n Play, highchair available ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
